Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch (Free Cancellation)
You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched:
- ✓Visit your Orders page and click "Cancel Order"
- ✓Full refund will be initiated to your original payment method
- ✓Refund processed within 7-10 business days
After Dispatch (Conditional Cancellation)
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is only possible in specific cases:
- •You can refuse delivery at the doorstep (RTO - Return to Origin)
- •RTO shipping charges may be deducted from the refund (₹99-₹299)
- •Refund initiated after product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection
Non-Cancellable Items
The following items cannot be cancelled after dispatch:
- ✗Custom-built PCs (assembled as per your specifications)
- ✗Special order items (procured specifically for you)
- ✗Drop products with confirmed bookings (subject to Drop terms)
Tip: Cancel early to avoid RTO charges. Once shipped, you can still return the product within 7 days of delivery under our return policy.
Return Policy (7-Day Returns)
Eligible for Return:
Most PC components (CPU, GPU, RAM, motherboard, PSU, etc.)
Peripherals (keyboard, mouse, headset, monitor)
Pre-built PCs (if unopened and in original packaging)
Defective or damaged products (with proof)
Wrong item delivered
Return Conditions:
- •Product must be unused and in original condition
- •Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included
- •Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- •Product seals (if any) should not be broken (except for DOA/defective items)
Non-Returnable Items:
- ✗Custom-built PCs (assembled as per your specs)
- ✗Software, operating system licenses, and digital products
- ✗Items with broken seals (unless defective)
- ✗Used or installed products (unless defective)
- ✗Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
How to Initiate a Return
- 1Visit Your Orders: Go to your Orders page and select the order you want to return.
- 2Request Return: Click "Return Item" and select the reason (defective, wrong item, changed mind, etc.).
- 3Approval & Pickup: Our team will review and approve your request. We'll arrange a pickup from your address (free for defective items, ₹99-₹199 for others).
- 4Pack Securely: Pack the product in original packaging with all accessories. Hand it over to the courier.
- 5Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the product (2-3 days), your refund will be initiated.
Note: Returns are subject to inspection. If the product is found to be used, damaged, or incomplete, the return may be rejected and the product shipped back to you.
Refund Policy
Refund Timeline:
•Cancellation before dispatch: 7-10 business days
•Return after delivery: 7-10 business days after product reaches us
•Defective/damaged items: 5-7 business days (priority processing)
Refund Method:
Refunds are processed to your original payment method:
- •UPI/Wallet: 2-3 business days
- •Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- •Net Banking: 5-7 business days
Note: Actual credit time depends on your bank's processing time.
Refund Amount:
Full Refund: Cancellation before dispatch, defective/wrong items
Partial Refund: RTO charges or return shipping may be deducted (₹99-₹299)
No Refund: Non-returnable items, damaged due to misuse, or policy violations
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer the following options:
Option 1: Replacement
We'll send a replacement product immediately (subject to stock availability). Free return pickup arranged.
Option 2: Full Refund
We'll issue a full refund (including shipping charges) within 5-7 business days. Free return pickup arranged.
Option 3: Manufacturer Warranty
For manufacturing defects after 7 days, claim warranty directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center.
Important: Report defects within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for faster processing. DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims must be made within 7 days.
