We stand behind every product we sell. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Please Note

All sales are considered final once the product has been shipped and delivered. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or compatibility issues that could have been verified prior to purchase. Refunds and returns are strictly limited to cases of genuine manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items shipped by us.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched.

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Refund processed within 7-10 business days
  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email to cancel

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The product must be received and is only eligible for return under the specific conditions outlined below. Refusing delivery does not constitute a cancellation and return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.

2. What Qualifies for a Refund or Return

Refunds and returns are only applicable in the following situations. All claims must be supported with photographic or video evidence.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If the product is completely non-functional out of the box, you are eligible for a full replacement or refund. You must report this within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear photos showing the defect. We will arrange a free pickup and provide a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.

Damaged in Transit

If the product arrives with visible physical damage caused during shipping (crushed box, broken components, etc.), report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will ship the correct item and arrange a free return pickup for the wrong product. If the correct item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Unable to Fulfill Order

In rare cases where we are unable to procure or deliver the product after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued automatically within 7-10 business days.

3. What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund or Return

The following situations are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse

All sales are final once delivered. Please research your purchase thoroughly before ordering.

Compatibility issues

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify compatibility (socket, form factor, clearance, power requirements, etc.) before purchase.

Customer-caused damage

Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, physical impact, liquid damage, or electrical surges is not covered.

Used, installed, or opened products

Products that have been installed, used, or have broken seals cannot be returned unless they are DOA/defective.

Software, licenses, and digital products

All digital products and software licenses are non-refundable once delivered or activated.

Performance dissatisfaction

If the product works as specified by the manufacturer but does not meet your personal performance expectations, it is not eligible for return.

4. Custom-Built PCs — Strict No Return Policy

Custom-built PCs are assembled specifically to your configuration and specifications. Once a custom build has been shipped, it is absolutely non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a completely non-functional system (DOA) reported within 48 hours of delivery with video evidence.

  • No returns for change of mind, aesthetic preferences, or noise/thermal expectations
  • No returns for individual component swaps after build completion
  • No partial refunds on custom builds
  • Individual components within the build carry their respective manufacturer warranties
  • We will assist with manufacturer warranty claims for any component that fails

5. Drop Products & Limited Releases

Products purchased through our Drops (limited-release reservation system) are subject to the following:

  • Booking fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed
  • Completed drop purchases are non-returnable
  • DOA claims are still honoured within 48 hours of delivery
  • Manufacturer warranty applies as per the product's warranty terms

6. Warranty Assistance

All products sold by NVSX carry their original manufacturer warranty. If a product develops a fault after the 48-hour DOA window, it falls under manufacturer warranty — not our return policy.

We will guide you through the manufacturer's warranty claim process
We can coordinate with the manufacturer or authorized service centre on your behalf where possible
We provide original invoices and purchase proof required for warranty claims
Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer — NVSX does not issue refunds for warranty-covered defects

7. How to Report an Issue

    Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the defect, damage, or wrong item. Claims without evidence cannot be processed.

    We will review your claim and respond within 24-48 hours with the resolution (replacement, refund, or warranty guidance).

    Resolution

    If approved, we arrange a free pickup. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
