Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery (1-7 Business Days)

Most orders are delivered within 1-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Local Pune deliveries via Porter typically arrive within 1-2 days, metro cities within 2-4 days, and other locations within 4-7 days.

Order Processing (1-2 Business Days)

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details.

Custom PC Builds (5-10 Business Days)

Pre-built PCs and custom builds require assembly and testing time. These orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days, with delivery taking an additional 3-7 days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on parcel weight and delivery location, and are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Typical ranges:

Small items up to 1 kg (RAM, cables, small fans)~₹199
Medium items 1-5 kg (GPUs, motherboards, PSUs)~₹499
Large items above 5 kg (Pre-Built PCs, cases)₹1,499+

Rates shown above are indicative. Actual cost displayed at checkout varies with delivery zone — same-city Pune deliveries via Porter are typically at the lower end, far-region deliveries via Bluedart at the higher end.

Packaging Standards

We take extra care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition:

Undelivered or Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal:

  • •The courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times.
  • •You can reschedule delivery or pick up from the nearest courier hub.
  • •If delivery fails after all attempts, the order will be returned to us, and a refund will be initiated after deducting shipping costs.
