Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery (3-7 Business Days)
Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3-4 days, while other locations may take 5-7 days.
Order Processing (1-2 Business Days)
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details.
Custom PC Builds (5-10 Business Days)
Pre-built PCs and custom builds require assembly and testing time. These orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days, with delivery taking an additional 3-7 days.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery location. Final charges will be displayed at checkout.

Packaging Standards
We take extra care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition:
- ✓Bubble Wrap & Foam: Fragile components are wrapped individually with protective materials.
- ✓Sturdy Boxes: Double-walled corrugated boxes for heavy items like monitors, cases, and pre-built PCs.
- ✓Anti-Static Packaging: Sensitive electronics are packed in anti-static bags to prevent damage.
- ✓Tamper-Proof Sealing: All packages are sealed with tamper-evident tape for security.
Undelivered or Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal:
- •The courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times.
- •You can reschedule delivery or pick up from the nearest courier hub.
- •If delivery fails after all attempts, the order will be returned to us, and a refund will be initiated after deducting shipping costs.
