Three ways a ₹3 lakh PC
goes wrong.
Bad builds don’t fail on day one. They throttle in month six, whine under load, and turn into a warranty argument. Here is what we do about each, on every build, before it leaves the bench.
The power supply
A flagship card pulls hard, spiky transients the sticker wattage never mentions. An undersized or bargain PSU means coil whine, black screens under load, and in the worst case a dead board that nobody will warranty.
The PSU is chosen for the card’s peak transient draw, not its average, from an authorised brand with the current native connector. Then the whole machine is loaded with FurMark and Cinebench at the same time, a worse case than your games will ever reach, before it ships.
Thermals and noise
A 360 mm cooler mounted the wrong way, stock fan curves, paste applied by guesswork. It benchmarks fine on day one, then it runs hot, gets loud, and quietly loses performance for the rest of its life.
Idle and load temperatures are recorded on every build and written into your report. Fan curves are tuned by hand for the balance of noise and performance, BIOS and firmware brought to the latest stable release, and every stage is photographed so you can see the cooler, the paste and the airflow yourself.
The warranty runaround
Something fails in month eight. The shop says talk to the brand. The brand asks for an invoice in your name that you don’t have. The reverse shipping is on you, and the machine sits in a box for a month.
Every part is on a GST invoice in your name, so the manufacturer warranty is genuinely yours. For the full 3-year service term we run every claim end to end, cover two-way shipping for the first 30 days, and put every repaired machine through a 24-hour stress test before it comes back to you.

Bench-fitted before it goes in the case. Cables routed through the grommets, tied and hidden, so the back looks like the front. OS, drivers and the latest stable BIOS installed on the bench, not at your desk. Photographed at every stage.
Hotter than your games will ever run it
Cinebench, AIDA64, FurMark and 3DMark, with idle and load temperatures recorded and fan curves tuned by hand for the balance of noise and performance. The machine is thrown at loads your games will never reach, so the first hard day it has is on our bench, not yours.
You see the numbers before it ships
The build report goes to you before dispatch: the benchmark logs, the recorded temperatures, the photographs from every stage, and the NVSX Compliance Certificate, signed. If a number is not what you expected, we talk about it before the box is taped.
Dual-wall, foam, insured
Balance cleared, then dual-wall box with foam pads, film on the glass, insured courier anywhere in India or Pune doorstep delivery from Baner. Report and invoice in the box. If anything arrives wrong, report within 72 hours and we replace or repair it.
