You should get a custom build if:

• You game at 1440p or above — pre-built configs rarely match the GPU to the resolution correctly
• You work with video, 3D, or AI workloads — workstation builds require careful CPU and RAM pairing that mass-market products don't get right
• You want a machine that lasts — upgrade-friendly platform selection is something only a custom builder thinks about at the time of assembly

What to Prepare Before You Contact Us

You don't need to know which specific parts you want. You need to know three things:

1. What you'll use it for — gaming (which titles, which resolution), video editing, 3D rendering, general productivity, streaming, or a combination
2. Your budget — a number or a range. Firm or flexible, both are fine. We will spec within it.
3. What peripherals you already have — monitor, keyboard, mouse. If you have a 1080p monitor, we spec differently than if you're running a 1440p 144Hz panel.

Step 2 — Component Selection

We discuss the spec with you. If you want to swap something — different GPU tier, more storage, different case — we adjust. Once you're happy with the list, we confirm availability and pricing. All components are sourced from authorized Indian distributors only. No grey market, no imported-without-warranty parts.

Step 3 — Assembly in Our Baner Workshop

Assembly happens at our workshop in Baner, Pune. Cable management is done properly, not tucked behind the motherboard tray and hoped for. Thermal paste is applied correctly. Every connection is verified before power-on.

Step 4 — 24-Hour Stress Test

Every build runs a 24-hour burn-in before it leaves our workshop. CPU and GPU loaded simultaneously. Temperatures logged. Stability confirmed. If anything is wrong, it shows up here — not at your desk six months later.

Step 5 — Delivery to Your Door

We deliver across all of Pune. The machine arrives packed, powered on in front of you to confirm it posts, and handed over with documentation — warranty cards, build receipt, and our contact for lifetime support questions.
